We share the excitement for the fantastic news that British Land and GIC’s Broadgate joint venture has appointed Skanska to deliver One Appold Street!
Located within the Broadgate campus in the City of London, the project will reinvent and reposition a 1980s building into a best‑in‑class workplace with sustainability at its core. Remarkably, 75% of the existing structure will be retained to support a proposed development comprising of 360,000 ft2 over 14 storeys of office space, plus leisure and hospitality space including new landscaped roof terrace and balconies.
This milestone marks significant progress for this landmark scheme, where we’re proud to be providing Cost Consultancy services – alongside our work on other Broadgate projects including 1 Broadgate, 2 Finsbury Avenue, and 3 Broadgate.
