We share the excitement for the fantastic news that British Land and GIC have signed a landmark agreement with Citadel and Citadel Securities to lease 250,000 sqft of office space at Broadgate’s 2 Finsbury Avenue, and we are delighted that completion of the Major Projects Construction Contract with Sir Robert McAlpine has now been achieved.

We’re very proud to be part of the project team delivering such an iconic building as part of the Broadgate Campus, and for which we are providing Cost Consultancy services.
