We are thrilled to announce that construction has started on Phase 2 of the Television Centre masterplan (Plots E & G) for Stanhope & Mitsui Fudosan.

Television Centre comprises two private residential buildings, designed by lead architects dRMM and Allford Hall Monaghan Morris with MSMR Architects acting as interior designer, providing 330nr apartments and 17nr townhouses.

We are providing cost management services with Multiplex acting as Construction Manager. We have, together, successfully procured 70% to date, and procurement activities are still on-going.
