We’re delighted to be part of the project team that will assist YASA in the relocation of their UK HQ to Bicester Motion’s new Innovation Quarter.

We’ll be providing Cost Consultancy services throughout the fit-out of the manufacturing facility, comprising 3 interconnected buildings for a total of 88,000 sqft. The scheme is targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating, and includes carbon-efficient buildings, offices, ecology and biodiversity areas, and green space amenities for YASA’s staff wellbeing.
