This week, we’ve been proudly supporting the Mental Health Foundation with a series of uplifting activities designed to inspire mindfulness and reduce stress, from sunny lunches, invigorating walks, and energising runs, to our delightful Bake Off and Sweet-stake.
Today, we had the honour of hosting Henry Dunn for a special Lunch and Learn session. Henry’s incredible journey from overcoming a life-changing injury to representing Great Britain at the 2024 Adaptive CrossFit Games left us all deeply inspired. His story of resilience and motivation is a powerful reminder of the strength of the human spirit. A huge thank you to Henry for sharing his experience with us!
