Angel Square is a heavy cut and carve office refurbishment to provide 290,000 sqft best-in-class employment space and affordable workspace.
The mixed-use office led development, for which we are providing Cost Consultancy services, comprises the demolition back to the existing reinforced concrete frame, saving a significant amount of embodied carbon, together with infilling a central courtyard and the construction of two additional floors.
