The Acre scheme, for Northwood Investors with Platform development managers, is a reinvention of a Covent Garden landmark.
The 375,000 sqft project involves a major refurbishment and extension of the existing 1980s building to meet the needs of modern office occupiers, whilst substantially improve the public realm at the base. By refurbishing and extending the existing building the scheme provides a much more sustainable approach than an equivalent new build.
Lendlease are the main contractor currently on site, with structures by McGee and facades by GIG. We’re providing Cost Consultancy and Employer’s Agent services.
