We’re proud to be providing Cost Management services at 68–71 Newman Street, supporting Development Manager V7 through the Southern Construction Framework.

Located in the heart of Fitzrovia, the project brings together two 1950s properties on Newman Street and Berners Mews, delivering a significant cut-and-carve retrofit to unlock additional area, increased massing and enhancing the building’s future workplace offer. The scheme includes a new façade, full central plant replacement, contemporary end-of-journey facilities and Cat A fit-out throughout the workspace.

This development will create a fresh, sustainable and modern workplace designed for the needs of future occupiers.
