On Middlesex House, we’re providing Cost Consultancy services on behalf of Derwent London on what was originally a garment factory constructed in 1934, then fully converted into modern offices in 2001. Located in a compact area of Fitzrovia, it has required close communication with local authorities.
Works include provision of a new reception area, a mix of Cat A and Cat A+ fit out, activation of the roof to provide a new terrace, new base build plant and refurbishment to the building fabric to achieve EPC B.
