We are proud to announce that Multiplex are now on site for the redevelopment of 175 Bishopsgate, now known as One Exchange Square. Designed by Fletcher Priest Architects, the £200m scheme involves the refurbishment and extension of a 30-year-old building situated at the heart of the Broadgate campus in the City of London.

We have been involved with the scheme since the feasibility stage in December 2020 and will continue to manage the project post-contract. Working with LaSalle Investment Management on behalf of Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) and M3 Consulting as the Development Manager for the project. Our Employer’s Agent Team were brought onboard in August 2022 to support and input into the procurement and tendering of both the Demolition and Enabling contract with John F Hunt Group, and then the main works through the PCSA period and into contract.

The scheme will deliver the 13-storey mixed used building, boasting 430,000 sq ft of office space and 17,000 sq ft of retail. The double faceted building includes an entrance on both Bishopsgate and Exchange Square including 8,000 sq ft of reception and amenity lounge. One Exchange Square is targeting several environmental credentials through retaining 90% of the existing structure and lowering the projects total embodied carbon. The credentials include BREEAM Outstanding, NABERS 5* and Well Platinum.
