Brilliant news yesterday as our client Urban Vision Real Estate received planning permission for their development at 100 Broad Street, Birmingham, for which we have been providing Cost Consultancy services.

The Hundred, as it will be known, is a 33-storey Build to Rent development which will deliver 294 apartments on a brownfield site and set a new benchmark for sustainable living in the city through the use of smart technology.

Well done to all of the team on achieving this milestone!
