We’re delighted to see Patrizia’s 30 Minories has received planning approval!

The redevelopment of a 1950s office block will provide a mix-use scheme with quality modern office, as well as retail areas, cafes, a new and improved public realm and a archaeological and cultural space.

Characteristic of the new 30 Minories, for which we are providing Cost Consultancy services, will be the blue and green cladding becoming lighter in colour towards the top of the building, and the cascading planted terraces rising at intervals. The project targets Net Zero in operation, BREEAM Outstanding, Nabers 5*, WireScore Platinum, and WELL Platinum.
