We’re thrilled that Lipton Rogers Developments plan for the extension of Park Tower Hotel has received planning approval! The refurbishment will modernize the 1970s tower, adding six extra floors to the hotel, eight residential flats, and a new two-storey podium at ground level. The underground public car park will be removed to make way for a large podium that will serve as the hotel’s entrance.

We’re excited to work with the project team to provide Cost Consultancy services on this development, which will be a great addition to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea’s landscape.
