We’re thrilled that planning application has been submitted for Berkeley Estate Asset Management 33 Cavendish Square! The proposal is to create a standout destination in the West End, with up to 75,000 sqm of Grade A office space focused on wellbeing and sustainability.
The scheme, for which we’re providing Cost Consultancy services, also includes new retail and leisure opportunities and a cultural and creative hub, helping to revitalise Oxford Street and unlock the site’s full potential.
