As Cost Consultants on this workplace reinvention set within the Fleet Street Conservation Area in London, we’re proud to be working on this scheme centred on wellbeing and sustainability: the project is a UKNZCSB pilot, and is targeting BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A. By retaining over 90% of the existing structure and reusing façade elements in the new extension, it will deliver major carbon savings while revitalising a historic site.
