We are thrilled to see the recent planning approval of Native Land’s Bankside Yards Building 1.
The 80,000sqft prime office building is part of the wider Bankside Yards masterplan, for which we have proudly been providing Cost Management services since feasibility stage. Building 1 is targeting BREEAM Outstanding and NABERS 5 Star ratings. With its high levels of greening on the roof terrace, which will be accessible to all tenants, and the surrounding publicly accessible landscape, the biodiversity rating is 50% higher than the GLA London Plan standard.
