Planning has now been submitted for the refurbishment of 11 Baker Street, where we’re proud to be acting as Cost Consultant on behalf of 3RE Capital Ventures.

The project will deliver a significant upgrade to the building, including reconstructed and extended upper floors, a completely renewed façade, enhanced end-of-trip facilities, and a transition to an all-electric operation, targeting BREEAM Excellent, WIRED Platinum, and EPC A ratings.
