We’re delighted that a planning application has been submitted for the Greyfriars Masterplan in Northampton, where we’re providing Cost Consultancy services on behalf of ECF and Muse in partnership with West Northamptonshire Council.

The submission marks an important step forward for the scheme, which has the potential to transform a significant part of Northampton town centre through the delivery of up to 1,220 new homes, alongside commercial, leisure and community spaces and new areas of public realm.

Alongside the wider masterplan, a detailed application has been submitted for Plot 1, which will provide 103 homes at the Upper Mounts and Newlands car parks, forming the first phase of delivery.
