We are delighted to hear that Apache Capital and Nuveen have joined forces to deliver the built-to-rent housing in Eddington being developed by Present Made.
The scheme will consist of 373 homes, as well as customer focused amenities and shared spaces to encourage sustainable and healthy lifestyles, making it Cambridge’s first purpose-built and designed rental housing development. We have worked closely with Present Made offering Cost Consultancy and Employer’s Agent services, and it is brilliant to see the project reach this crucial milestone!
