This project transforms a 1990s Norman Foster-designed building to meet modern sustainability standards. Enhancements include new amenities at the atrium base and rooftop, a full CAT A office refurbishment, and the introduction of gender-neutral superloos – bringing contemporary design and functionality to an architectural icon.
