Admiralty Arch is a Grade 1 listed building located on the Mall, facing towards Buckingham Palace. The building is being turned into a 100 key, 5* Luxury Hotel which will be operated by Hilton, being part of their Waldorf Astoria range.

• The project achieved early completion, which was crucial for our Client, thanks to the early design of all Front of House and Back of House areas in 2022

Core Five Added Value

• Managed the Client Target Budget which included a 10% value engineering target and reporting savings against this
• Reporting any risks / potential mitigation measures
• Packages are being procured upon the receipt of design information, we are currently awaiting the latest design packs of information which will allow us to being procurement for the Main Works Contract which we envisage to have 70% of the contract value fixed. The remaining 30% of the contract value will be provisional sums which will be agreed with Core Five and the Main Contractor, taking into account the latest design information we have available.
