We supported Grainger PLC in relocating their London office, just 500m from their previous location, delivering Cost Management and Employer’s Agent services. The project involved a fast-paced strip-out and Cat B fit-out, completed to meet an ambitious move-in schedule. To streamline delivery, strip-out works were procured separately as well as design validations.
The finished workspace offers stunning views of the River Thames and Tower Bridge, featuring a welcoming reception, client-facing meeting rooms, executive offices, bright open-plan work areas, and a collaborative café hub.
