MasterChef comprises the refurbishment and extension of the existing Grade II listed Banana Warehouse to create filming space, new office space and back of house ancillary areas ahead of the renowned TV production relocating from London to Digbeth, Birmingham. The scheme will also see the existing listed building being bought back to life with facade repairs and a new aluminium standing seam roof covering, together with a single storey new build extension of circa 915m².
