The careful refurbishment, extension, and fit-out of Bromley’s Grade II Listed Town Hall. The project, spanning over 7,220sqm, consists of dedicated offices and private desks, a lounge with a members lounge and terraces. The workspaces are complemented by a casual dining restaurant. A modern, single-storey extension over part of the 1907 building has been demolished and a new 2 storey, 24-bed boutique hotel is being constructed over the existing remaining building.
