Birmingham / Hogan Lovells / 23,000 sqft / 23,000 sqft

A new Category B fit out to provide a modern dynamic office for legal company Hogan Lovells. The fit out was a ‘pilot’ to deliver an open plan office with activity based working areas and purpose made joinery/furniture installations.

Key Project Features

  • Enhanced wellbeing facilities with large break out space including putting green for staff members
  • Two stage design and build procurement process to obtain optimum programme delivery
  • Reuse of maximum amount of existing services installations to minimise waste
  • ‘Works executed within occupied multi-tenanted building in the heart of the CBD
