Having been involved since early stages, we’ve been providing Cost Consultancy services to help transform an historic Grade II listed industrial building into the UK’s first permanent centre dedicated to illustrative art. Our experience in refurbishing listed buildings has been key to bringing this vision to life.

We can’t wait to see the centre completed and welcoming visitors next spring!
