The project comprises the conversion of existing office space into lab-enabled incubator spaces for science tenants. The fit out is taken to a Cat B level, allowing tenants to move in quicker and reducing their capital spend.

The building is part of the White City Innovation District, home to some of the world’s most innovative organisations spanning life sciences, biotech, medtech, cleantech, engineering, cyber, quantum computing and foodtech.
