Yesterday, we came together to celebrate the incredible career and well-earned retirement of Simon Downing!

Simon has been with us since the very beginning, playing a key role in building our Arts & Culture sector and leading us through ISO accreditation. A true font of knowledge, Simon has generously shared his expertise, mentored countless colleagues, and supported career growth with genuine kindness and care.

He leaves behind a legacy of excellence, and he will be deeply missed by all of us.
