We are delighted to announce that we have strengthened our leadership team with the addition of three new Partners.
Bernard Duffy, previously a Senior Director at Aecom, where he had been for the last 20 years, has exceptional experience leading the delivery of Cost Management services on major commercial and residential schemes in London and throughout the UK for Clients including Battersea Power Station, Landsec and British Land. Bernard will be working alongside Core Five’s private sector Clients on commercial, mixed-use, and residential schemes. Harrison and Gustav also join from Aecom.
Harrison Paul has most recently been delivering on commercial and residential projects, including Phase 3 at Battersea Power Station alongside architects Foster & Partners and Gehry and Partners.
Gustav Mennen has a wealth of experience in major mixed use developments including airports, hospitals, office, and residential schemes. His most recent project was the delivery of the Lots Road Power Station development for Hutchison Property Group.
