As a Partner in Core Five’s London office, I work within the residential, commercial and mixed-use sector. My role involves understanding our Client and team’s objectives, and ensuring alignment between design, cost and quality.

I believe clear and unambiguous advice is key to any relationship, and I strive to maintain this with all stakeholders on a project.  I strive to provide added value for Clients by challenging design and efficiencies, supported by my experience and market data.

I’ve worked in the industry for over 16 years, working across a mixture of sectors.  Residential construction has been a constant throughout my career, working on high-end, affordable, large-scale development and one-off homes.  I have also worked on multiple office schemes with best-in-class sustainable credentials and design.

I am experienced in procuring and delivering contracts under both a Design & Build route, and Construction Management route.

What is your favourite building and why?

Westminster Tube Station. It isn’t pretty, but I think the civil engineering is pretty special with the raking steelwork and the like.

What is your most used app on your phone and why?

Apple Music – it’s good to switch off with an album or playlist.
