As a Partner in Core Five’s London office, I work within the residential, commercial and mixed-use sector. My role involves understanding our Client and team’s objectives, and ensuring alignment between cost and quality.
I believe clear advice is key to any relationship, and I strive to maintain this with all stakeholders on a project – ensuring all understand ‘what good looks like’, visualising our advice where possible, and how we get to an answer efficiently, and without redesign. I want to provide added value for Clients by challenging design and efficiencies, supported by my experience and Core Five’s extensive market data offering.
I’ve worked in the industry for over 18 years, working across a mixture of sectors. I’m experienced in all parts of the residential sector, from high-end residential to co-living and PBSA, and also within the commercial sector, having worked on multiple office schemes with best-in-class sustainable credentials and design.
I am experienced in procuring and delivering contracts under most forms of contract and understand how we can make hybrid forms work for all parties.
What is your favourite building and why?
Westminster Tube Station. It isn’t pretty, but I think the engineering is pretty special with the raking steelwork and large columns, especially as you enter the Jubilee line.
What is your most used app on your phone and why?
Mixcloud or SoundCloud – I’m always listening to DJs play a mixture of sets on digital radio stations.
