We’re pleased to have supported YASA in the successful delivery of its new headquarters at Bicester Motion, with the fit-out reaching completion in August 2026.

Spanning over 100,000ft², the facility brings together specialist manufacturing, research and development, and office space, creating a new home for YASA’s continued innovation in electric motor technology.

We provided Cost Consultancy services from RIBA Stage 2 through to completion. Despite the specialist nature of the works, we procured the scheme through a competitive single-stage tender, giving YASA early cost certainty.

It’s another example of our work in advanced manufacturing and R&D environments, where commercial and technical decisions are closely linked.
