I work in Core Five’s Corporate Real Estate team, focusing on building relationships with the whole project team to ensure successful delivery of a project by building on the whole team’s experience to ensure a collaborative approach.

I joined Core Five with 9 years of experience in the industry. I have worked on various schemes, across a variety of sectors with a proven track record in delivering complex schemes, with a key focus on technical expertise and ensuring that the key stakeholders are kept involved through all stages of the project.

I have predominantly worked within the commercial office sector but also have experience with residential and other mixed-use schemes.

What do you think is the biggest opportunity for our industry in the next 10 years?

The ongoing rate at which digital technology is increasing. Leading to an opportunity to increase the amount and quality of data that can be captured at all stages of the project life. With the opportunity to bring this data forward to continually improve the quality of both the construction process and the quality of the building – targeted for the end user.

YouTube – I love falling down a good YouTube rabbit-hole.
