As an Associate Partner in Core Five’s commercial team, I understand how a construction project relies on a strong project team working in the best interests of the client and the project at all stages. Collaboration and integrity are at the heart of everything that I do within my role. I believe that successful construction projects require good communication, teamwork and an open and honest approach.
I joined Core Five in 2015 and have over 17 years’ experience having worked on multiple office schemes, including the procurement of new build offices for the likes of British Land, Land Securities and Neptune Land. I also have a good range of experience within the residential sector, working with such client as Berkeley Homes, Ballymore, Candy & Candy.
What do you think is the biggest opportunity for our industry in the next 10 years?
To drive change on sustainability and create a better balance between construction and the environment. Our ECO service looks to compliment and support this endeavour.
What has been the most rewarding project you’ve worked on at Core Five?
2 Finsbury Avenue is a very rewarding experience. It is complex and challenging and is at the forefront of the industry. It has a great project team and client, with a lot of intelligence, drive and innovation. It frequently feels like a privilege to be working amongst them.
