I joined Core Five in 2017 and work within the Employer’s Agent team. With a background that spans both QS and EA experience, I offer Clients well-rounded, agile advice, always with a focus on proactive cost and programme risk mitigation.

I enjoy the problem-solving aspect of our work, especially when it involves bringing together the individual strengths of a team to deliver the right outcome for our Clients. I lead teams with strong emphasis on communication and empathy – this is crucial to get the best performance out of any project team.

Over the past eight years, I’ve delivered projects across sectors for clients like Native Land, NYU, and Grainger—most recently focusing on commercial offices and complex refurbishments. I’ve been responsible for delivering schemes from £1.6m to £230m, adapting to each challenge.

I particularly enjoy heritage refurbishments, working with local authorities to restore listed buildings. With a background in Earth Science, I bring a strong focus on sustainable, practical, and budget-conscious solutions.
