I am one of the Founding Partners of Core Five and lead a team which works primarily on mixed-use developments in the residential, commercial and hotel sectors. I am a motivated and dedicated individual who strives to work collaboratively with Clients and project teams to develop long term relationships which deliver excellent outcomes.

With over 25 years’ experience, I am enabled to provide clear and consistent advice allowing Clients to make timely and informed decisions, adding value, and reducing risk.

I have supported and delivered a significant number of schemes whilst acting on behalf of various of developers including, Grainger, Derwent, Helical, European Land, Landsec and British Land.

What inspired you to join the construction and property industry?

Experiencing quantity surveying and construction at the age of 16/17 at the Epsom Queens Stand, a local landmark.

What is your favourite building and why?

My house! It houses my family. Alternatively, Sydney Opera House, brilliant location and an iconic image recognised the world over.
