As a Partner within our Commercial team, I lead with an enthusiastic approach to realise the Client’s individual definition of value for a project and ensuring this is maximised through efficiency of design, procurement, and risk management. It is key to ensure that our Client’s definition of value is realised as early as possible to ensure we can collectively and efficiently procure an exceptional end product. I have advised on over 5 million sqft of commercial space in my career to date in addition to numerous mixed use, residential and student residential led schemes.
I joined Core Five in 2013 and was promoted to Partner in 2015. I draw upon over 14 years’ experience in service delivery across the UK for Clients including Northacre, Crosstree, Tishman Speyer, Helical, Argent, CPPIB, Bankfoot, Kier Property, FORE, QNB Capital and Blackstone. In addition to delivering major mixed-use schemes and a specialism in reinvention of commercial offices I lead our progressive agenda with a focus on net zero carbon and the technological advancement of the profession and the industry.
