I am a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 5 years industry experience, predominantly working on commercial and residential projects – both new builds and refurbishments.

I am a reliable and driven individual who uses my initiative to meet, if not exceed, the highest standards. I’m a well-presented team member who works well under pressure and have a successful track record for providing cost management across a variety of project sectors, from inception to handover.

I apply myself professionally to the projects and Clients that I serve, with an analytical approach and take great pleasure in building impactful working relationships.

What attracted you to join Core Five?

The attraction to Core Five was mainly around being part of a core Quantity Surveying consultancy, with a focus on quality, knowledge sharing and people. Alongside this, I also looked forward to joining an impressive Commercial team with involvement in many exciting schemes in London.

What is your favourite building and why?

One Park Drive in Canary Wharf by Herzog & de Meuron. I always think this is a really clever and unique building – and I do have my eye on the penthouse once my lottery win comes in.
