I am one of Core Five’s Founding Partners and lead a team focussed upon major mixed-use projects which typically comprise residential, commercial, hotel, retail, leisure, and later living uses.

I challenge our team to be the best we can be; to learn from our vast project experience; and to bring it to bear on every project. Collaboration, innovation, challenging and enthusiastically working through complex issues as a team whilst harnessing our specialist sector experience will, I believe, deliver optimal outcomes and maximum commercial benefit to our Clients.

With over 30 years industry experience in major mixed-use projects and towers in particular, I have worked across numerous development sectors and geographies.

During my career I have been fortunate to support numerous market leading Clients including Native Land, Almacantar, Landsec, Patrizia, Platform/Northwood Investors, Derwent, Berkeley Group, and Sellar; and to collaborate with leading global designers including PLP, Make, Rogers Stirk Harbour, Hopkins, Foster+Partners and Zaha Hadid Architects.

What is the most rewarding part of your role at Core Five?

Externally – helping Clients unlock the delivery of challenging schemes. Internally – seeing our Apprentices and Graduates develop into future Partners.

What is your favourite building and why?

The Guggenheim Museum, Bilbao by Frank Gehry – just stunning and clearly not subject to VE!
