As a Partner within our Engineering Services team, I lead on a variety of schemes within the residential, commercial, sports, and health sectors.

My focus is based on driving best value throughout a project’s life by leading my team with a dedicated, determined, hardworking, and tenacious approach, whilst securing best value through robust cost advice, procurement route and pre and post-contract delivery.

My varied construction activities over the past 30 years have led me from a path of contracting through to consulting and have played a key role in me becoming a Partner within Core Five since I joined in 2015.

My experiences in concept/feasibility stages, through to installation and final account have given me a valuable experience in the engineering services specialist areas whilst working on a wide range of sectors comprising commercial, residential, and healthcare on behalf of Clients including British Land, Native Land, Danish Government, Land Securities, Stanhope, Brookfield Properties, Barkley’s Group, and the NHS.
