As an Associate Partner in Core Five’s Engineering Services team, I oversee a cluster of excellent MEP Surveyors and work across all sectors within the business. I bring a passionate, dedicated, and tenacious approach to every project. I believe building good relationships with all members of the project team enables us to really understand the key drivers for each party, which in turn ensures we can provide the best value and service.

I am a qualified MEP Services Cost Consultant with over 16 years of Engineering Services experience, specialising in all aspects of Engineering Services including MEP, vertical transportation, renewables, and utilities, in both pre and post contract phases. I’ve been with Core Five since 2014 and I have had the pleasure of working across a wide variety of market sectors, including residential, hotel, commercial offices and office fit-out.

My key strengths include an ability to critique MEP designs and specifications and advise on value engineering solutions, as well as bringing an enthusiastic and passionate approach to my projects.

My recent experience has predominately been in central London for Clients including Almacantar, Motcomb Estates, Google, Native Land and Grainger.

What is the most rewarding part of your role at Core Five?

I really enjoy the variety and excellent projects we work on at Core Five, and as an Engineering Services Surveyor I am privileged to work across all sectors and collaborate with a huge range of exceptional Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and peers.

What do you think is the biggest opportunity for our industry in the next 10 years?

We have a great opportunity to really embrace intelligent redevelopment of assets, and lead the way in energy efficient, low carbon design solutions which create sustainable and inspiring projects.
