I am a Partner in our Birmingham team, bringing a range of experience across a variety of high profile residential, commercial, and mixed-use masterplanning schemes, advising on projects from conception through to completion. I offer a proactive and personable approach, responding to business needs to achieve an optimum outcome.

I successfully manage commercial risks throughout a project, adapting and dealing with challenges posed by the interplay of procurement, sustainability, contractual, logistical and programme issues that arise whilst maintaining a focus on each client’s objectives and delivering financially viable solutions that meet design aspirations.

I have over 14 years of industry experience and was promoted to Partner in 2018, having joined Core Five in its infancy in January 2013. In 2018 I relocated to Birmingham, helping set up and lead the office.

I have worked with a multitude of Clients across various sectors including; Almacantar, Derwent London, European Land, Grainger, Landsec, Stanhope, St. Joseph (Berkeley Group), The Guinness Partnership, and U+I.

What is the most rewarding part of your role at Core Five?

A combination of; being part of teams that deliver fantastic projects, building long term relationships as well as the pleasure of seeing the continual development of our surveyors, many of whom started out as Assistant Surveyors and are now in Chartered, Senior and Associate roles.

What is your most used app on your phone and why?

Sadly it’s Strava. It’s great for keeping track of my fitness goals but also seeing the fantastic rides some of my friends around the world do on a weekly basis.
