I am an Associate based in the London office and bring with me a wealth of experience across several sectors including high-end residential, major mixed-use and both commercial new build & refurbishment schemes.

I initially joined Core Five as a Placement Surveyor in 2018 from university and have since gained 7 years of experience, working with a number of high-profile Clients across the industry including British Land, Northacre and YardNine. This experience has equipped me with a forward-thinking mindset, enabling me to anticipate and articulate potential project challenges at an early stage, while concurrently formulating strategies to mitigate them. In doing so, I am able to deliver bespoke, context-specific advice to each individual Client.

Closely aligning with our Core Values of Innovation & Collaboration, with a particular focus on modern technologies such as BIM & Smart Technology, I look to incorporate this into the projects I am involved with, promoting collaboration with the design team to ensure accurate and systematic results are achieved. I also support the Core Five’ Digital, Data & Research team, promoting the use and support the integration of new technology and continual learning, focusing on how this data can be efficiently stored and shared with our clients to ensure an accurate and consistent service is provided across the business.

What do you think is the biggest opportunity for our industry in the next 10 years?

The mass adoption and integration of BIM into our everyday work. It allows consultants to easily collaborate and assist in delivering projects to the best quality.
