I was drawn to Core Five because of its genuinely supportive company culture. I was also excited by the opportunity to take on new challenges that would allow me to develop professionally.
What do you think is the biggest opportunity for our industry in the next 10 years?
I think that in the next 10 years, integrating sustainable practices and technologies to fulfil the growing demand for low-carbon, energy-efficient buildings will be the construction industry’s biggest opportunity. Growing efficiency, waste reduction, and long-term value will all be significantly aided by developments in digital construction, including BIM, modular techniques, and AI-driven project management.
