As an Associate in Core Five’s London office, I have experience in both Residential and Commercial sectors. My role involves understanding my client’s objectives and how to work collaboratively within project teams to deliver a high-quality service. I strive to get the best out of both internal and external teams to ensure any challenge is successfully overcome for a smooth project delivery.

I have worked in the industry for 10 years now and joined Core Five in 2022. I have predominantly been involved in the residential sector delivering high-end private for sale, build to rent and affordable schemes. I have also worked on commercial schemes with best-in-class sustainability requirements and complex designs.

I have experience in procuring and delivering schemes under a Design & Build and Construction Management procurement and contractual route. My last two jobs (Battersea Power Station Phase 3 for BPSDC, and TVC Phase 2 for Stanhope) utilised a construction management route delivering a mixture of residential, commercial and retail.

I am also part of the Centre of Excellence team here at Core Five, with Residential being my specialism.

As I started my career as a trainee, I like to help support and develop the next generation. I am an active mentor in their development and progression, hosting graduate forums and supervising their route to chartership.

What attracted you to join Core Five?

Having spent the last 7 years at my previous company, joining as a school leaver, I wanted a new challenge. Core Five seemed the perfect fit and I am excited to work on some fantastic projects.

What inspired you to join the construction and property industry?

Majority of my family have or still work in the industry. I have been surrounded by construction from an early age which ignited my passion. I enjoy seeing drawings come to life and watching how it all comes together.
