What do you think is the biggest opportunity for our industry in the next 10 years?
I believe that the implementation of smart contracts into the construction industry is one of the biggest opportunities. This technology has the potential to automate the contract administration process, lower enforcement costs and eliminate the risk of breaches.
What inspired you to join the construction and property industry?
I became fascinated with construction projects because they make a real difference in the world by creating workplaces, communities and improving the quality of life. Plus, quantity surveying is a perfect blend of key disciplines that I am passionate about and have previous experience of through my time working in the Banking Finance and Shipbuilding sectors.
