I’m a Partner within Core Five’s Arts, Culture, Sport, and Leisure team, leading the commercial delivery of projects within this fantastic sector. I believe understanding the importance of our Client’s business objectives is key to ensuring best value of any project is achieved. I focus on building relationships as I firmly believe project success is founded on open and effective collaboration with all members of the team.
I have over 20 years’ experience within the industry. During this time, I have worked over various geographies including the UK, USA, Europe, and the Middle East. I joined Core Five in 2016 and was promoted to Partner in 2018.
I specialise in sports, leisure, and culture projects; working on all stages from feasibility through to completion. I have worked on various stadium and arena projects for numerous clubs and operators and have been part of teams delivering major global programmes; including various World Cups, Expos and Olympics. One of my career highlights was a secondment into the Olympic Delivery Authority to deliver the London 2012 Olympic Stadium.
What has been the most rewarding project you’ve worked on at Core Five?
I have worked on so many rewarding projects at Core Five, but I would say the most rewarding would be Valencia Basketball Arena. Not only was it a fantastic building, it was also the first project I worked on that was fully delivered working in BIM. It opened my eyes to the future of project delivery and the opportunities that working in a digital world offers to the built environment. There were also of course quite nice site visits!
