As a Partner at Core Five, I lead our Employer’s Agent team. With a detailed technical knowledge and understanding of the contract processes, I approach the Employer’s Agent service with tenacity, integrity and sound judgment. My key responsibilities include providing project leadership, stakeholder engagement and core project management / Employer’s Agent duties to deliver successful outcomes.

I have over 30 years industry experience and joined Core Five as a partner in 2016. I have worked predominantly in London and the South East in delivering on a variety of large scale projects including Greenwich Millennium Village, the 02 Arena, Watermark Place and Marble Arch Place. I have experience in various forms of contract and procurement methods across residential, commercial, health, sports and leisure sectors.

What inspired you to join the construction and property industry?

Prompted by visiting a relative in a new hospital extension as a young boy, I was inspired to work in an industry that had visible and lasting products and where the projects I worked on would have benefits to people who used them.

What is your favourite building and why?

Taj Mahal – on visiting, I was struck immediately by the magnificent structure of white marble and its perfect symmetry. Awesome.
