I am a key member of Core Five’s Residential Team and my role as an Associate involves leading projects at pre and post contract stages. I bring added value to clients by identifying their key drivers for success and going above and beyond to achieve these. I have a natural ability to manage challenging issues with a strong focus on finding solutions to progress the project. Developing great partnerships through collaborating with project teams is also a key priority for me to ensure the Client always achieves the best results.

A key passion of mine is the Core Five ‘Development Working Group’ as I believe we can only stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning and evolving hence I have also completed my RICS Assessor Training to ensure I am able to support others in progressing their careers.

I have 8 years of experience within the Construction Industry and have been with Core Five for 4 years. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate enough to work on an array of dynamic projects across the country including retail and commercial refurbishments for Selfridges & Co and a new build multi storey car park for Hermes Investment Managers.

My key projects at Core Five include some of the most structurally complex building designs including a multi storey basement in Blackfriars (£40m) and a cut-and-carve mixed use scheme in Covent Garden (£100m) with a focus on re-use and sustainability. Both schemes have been for prestigious developers Native Land and Platform who I have had the pleasure the work with.

What is the most rewarding part of your role at Core Five?

Having the opportunity to work on some of the most prestigious projects in London and knowing that you’ll be able to walk past them one day and proudly say “I worked on that building!”.

What inspired you to join the construction and property industry?

In comparison to a lot of other industries, construction and property is a people focused business where you work in a team to achieve a goal and find solutions. You also build great relationships with Clients, Contractors and Designers which are a key ingredient to achieving a successful project. Also, it is the perfect balance of working in the office and being out on site where all the action is so you are constantly being challenged and stimulated. No day is the same!
