As an Associate within Core Five’s Commercial Team, I bring a wealth of experience within the commercial sector including both refurbishment and new build as well as residential, leisure, laboratories, hotels and mixed used schemes. I am passionate about construction and have an eye for detail which I apply throughout each project, particularly during the design stages to ensure the Client is fully informed on cost implications of change.

I always look to instil a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration to any team I am part of as I believe this is key to a successful project.

During my time at Core Five, I have worked closely with British Land on the best-in-class 2 Finsbury Avenue as part of the Broadgate Estate, Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) together with M3 on the development of the One Exchange Square as well as The Crown Estate, DMC, Stanhope, Freshwater, and Mitsui Fudosan.

I enjoy working with and developing our junior members of the team, having supported a number of colleagues through to APC success. As a member of Core Five’s Knowledge Working Group, I have played an integral role in the implementation of our key rates database which utilises the use of tendered cost data across the business.
