As an Associate Partner in Core Five’s residential team, I aim to provide sector specific advice to maximise value for our Clients. I take a flexible approach to ensure individual Client demands and objects are met by actively managing, recording, and reporting of the cost position of each scheme throughout the complete project cycle.

I have many years of cost management and industry experience. My experience predominantly lays within the residential and commercial sectors, but I have worked in education, retail, and large mixed-use schemes for the likes of Native Land, Grosvenor, Hines UK, Lodha.

What attracted you to join Core Five?

Core Five clearly had a focus on achieving the best outcome for their Clients and this really appealed to me.

What is your favourite building and why?

The Natural History Museum, because the detail within the façade reflect the content within the building.
